Thank you very much for the beautiful arrangement that you sent for our mother’s funeral. You obviously knew that she loved flowers and that blue was her favorite colour. It looked like I had ordered it myself because it worked so well with the other arrangements.
We are so appreciative of the help you provided to us over the last three years. Having you facilitate everything from financial and legal matters took a burden off of us. More importantly, the constant monitoring of her condition and health care comforted us knowing that there were qualified individuals with medical backgrounds looking out for her best interests. Even if we had been in Pittsburgh, there’s no way we would have been able to address the complexity of her conditions on our own.
